About our Titanium products
Crafted by hand, and made to last, we believe that our quality products make the difference. We use only the best materials when manufacturing all our products and the only titanium we use, is certified Medical Grade 2 Titanium. We don’t like to take our chances. Thats why we do it all ourselves, from the designs and sourcing the best certified materials to the meticulous manufacturing of all our products right here on South African soil.

Why we manufacture most of our products locally?
Not only is it important to support local industry, but even more so that we can guarantee the quality of our products. A minimal carbon footprint is maintained in delivering only the best to our customers. Testing all items and having our hands on every part of the process ensures a high quality product is maintained with meticulous attention to detail every step of the way. Why Grade 2 Titanium?
Grade 2 Titanium is of the most ductile and one of the strongest grades of titanium, possessing qualities such as high corrosion resistance and impact toughness. Please note as Titanium is in fact softer than steel superficial scratches are to be expected and will have no effect on the quality of the product.

Why Borosolicate glass?
Borosilicate glass is laboratory grade and is more resilient to sudden heat change than normal glass.

Why PTFE?
PTFE has a resistance to almost all solvents and chemicals, it is also suitable for long term solvent exposure. With a temperature rating of -73℃ to 204℃ and being food grade with FDA approval makes it an ideal material for our non-stick sheeting and gaskets for use with our extraction equipment.

Why Stainless Steel?
Our Stainless Steel products are austenitic grades 304/L or 316/L depending on availability with certified welds only. Our closed loop systems are made using only electropolished stainless steel to adhere to 3A and BPE standards.
