AmaDab’s Clamp style Buchner Funnel with Vacuum Assist and receiving Flask is ideal for easy filtration. Made of high quality borosilicate glass with embedded glass fritted disc of medium porosity.
The stainless steel clamp securing the top of the funnel to it’s base allows for easy access to your filter medium and makes it easy to clean.
Buchner funnels are used for filteration in both quantitate and qualitative laboratory techniques. The addition of a vacuum underneath the filter allows for atmospheric pressure to assist in forcing the solid or liquid through the filter.
