The FRACTION FINDER is the first-of-its kind, built to assist operators, scientists and technicians see what is in the materials they are processing as they are processing it. Knowing what is and isn’t in your oil during the process is valuable insight that can inform you of what decision to make next, optimizing your process and avoiding contaminants. Most notably, this can help assure the highest possible output purity and consistency.
The Patent-Pending system uses a spectrum of wavelengths over time to determine the relative purity of oils, such as botanical oils, as it is flowing through a glass tube. The experienced processor can use these analytics to optimize and standardize their process. The new technician can use it to simplify, understand, and learn their process, potentially cutting their training time in half.

The Fraction Finder consists of a sensor and a display. The sensor contains an optical light pulse and a detector, which wraps around a glass tube. The Fraction Finder sensor is connected to a pole mounted display unit that interprets the signal and displays optical information that is correlated to relative oil purity present in the flow.
